Paramount crystals are used for making melting, wafers, creamier, and easier to work with. It is odorless tasteless and will not alter flavor. It is also a great agent for sending fondue and chocolate fountain melts.
Directions: Stir crystals into melting candy wafers. Start with adding 1 to 2 tablespoons per pound of chocolate or confectionery coating until desired consistency is reached.
